Your order may go through lots of different status before complete and delivered to you. See the list below for the statuses that your order may go through...

Pending - This is normally after you have attempted to place an order but before the payment is processed.


Processing - After you have successfully placed an order and paid and the order is on our system.


Batch Processing - Some schools orders we process in a batch this is done every Monday morning around 8am, we group all the orders for one school together and count the products needed and send this to our production factory.


Batch Production - This happens after the Batch Processing status we use the count to order/pick the garments and put them in the queue to get embroidered and named before they are QC'd and sent for dispatch. 


Partial - Order Partially Picked; Awaiting more items from supplier.


Personalization - Order Sent to our production factory for Embroidered/printed Names/Initials to be added to your garments. 


Partial Dispatch - Order Partially Picked - Partial sent to Dispatch. More items to follow.


Partial Dispatched - Partial order dispatched on Planned Route with Emblematic Driver. You should receive your parcel within the next few working days.


Dispatch - Order Fully Picked sent to our dispatch department where they will organize getting you order delivered to you(school) the best way possible.


Dispatched - Order Complete and dispatched on Planned Route with Emblematic Driver. You should receive your parcel within the next few working days.


Partial Ready to Collect - Order Partially Picked Ready to collect in our store. Please see our website for up to date opening times and how to find us. More items to follow.


Ready to Collect - Order Fully Picked Ready to collect in our store. Please see our website for up to date opening times and how to find us.


Partial Collected - Customer collected partial order in store.


Collected - Customer collected full order in store.


Partial Delivered - We have delivered part of your order to your chosen location (home, work, school) more items to follow. 


Delivered - We have delivered your order to your chosen location (home, work, school)


Not Delivered - We have attempted delivery or your order to your chosen location (home, work, school) but were unable to deliver. We will try to deliver again in the next 3-5 working days.


On Hold - This status is only used in very rare circumstances and can be used for a number of reasons. Please contact us if your order is in this status.
