We are really sorry to hear you have received a faulty item.

 

Any faulty items must be returned back to our head office via our free returns system provided via royal mail(link below) and include a covering note that states faulty with your order number, name, address details inside the parcel.


Once we have received faulty items, they are checked by our QC team and replacements issued ASAP.
