I have received the wrong garment/size than what was ordered

We are really sorry to hear you have received an incorrect item.

Any incorrect items must be returned back to our head office via our free returns system provided via royal mail (link below) 

Inside the return parcel, please include details of the error, your order number, name and address.  


Once we have received the return, they are checked by our QC team and replacements issued ASAP.
