I have returned items but haven't had a refund

Returned items can take up to 28 days to process. Once processed you will receive a credit memo email and funds will appear in your bank account in approximately 3-5 working days. 

If you have used our tracked returns system you can use the tracking number provided by the post office to track the return back to us.
